About The Author

I'm Alex, a yoga teacher and holistic therapist based in Hartlepool, UK. After practising yoga for over 17 years, I qualified as a yoga teacher in early 2022. Alongside this I also studied Yin yoga and meditation after gaining two qualifications in Acupressure therapy. I became a certified Budokon Yoga teacher in 2023.

This eBook came together through my own experiences of digestive discomfort which began in summer 2020. Over the next 2 years I found holistic ways to control my symptoms and avoid 95% of flare-ups through mindfulness and movement. My goal is to help you find your own digestive zen.
